The fun part about being a tech-enable recruiting firm (aside from saying “we’re a tech-enabled recruiting firm”): spinning up new services. Quickly and easily.
👉Case in point: we’re now offering *fractional* OnDemand tech sourcing.
Some context. Tech sourcing is a royal pain-in-the-@$$. It’s time consuming. It’s necessary. It ties up every recruiter’s time.
Easily the biggest bottleneck in the recruitment process. But also (theoretically) the easiest to automate.
Which is why we acquired Sourcewell. It uses more advanced natural language processing and to do exactly that. Cuts tech sourcing time in half.
But some interesting feedback came out of the beta client group: even with the improved efficiency, some orgs *still* don’t have enough time and resources to fully use it.
(And that’s not unique to our beta group. I had 3 convos in the last month with internal TA teams buying other tools but barely touching them. Just a lack of bandwidth.)
We’ve offered OnDemand sourcing for a few years. Fully dedicated resources. 40/hrs a week. Source & vet then pass off to the internal teams. (We also do full desk OnDemand but I’ll pitch that in some other post lol.)
The problem is: that’s more than some orgs need. And as anyone working in professional services can tell you, putting resources on multiple ongoing part time projects is also a pain-in-the-@$$.
Scope creep. Additional asks at multiple clients. Next thing you know your team is doing more than they signed up for.
But we’ve got the tech to solve that now.
👉Sourcewell makes us more time efficient. We can accomplish far more than anyone else can in a fractional engagement.
👉Sourcewell also provides better tracking and accountability. We address scope creep the numbers.
More things come up? We can handle it without the team going crazy or cutting into another client’s time.
So if you:
need help with tech sourcing
have zero time to do it, even with better tools
don’t quite need a full time resource.
Hit me up.
