Weekend recap. After seeing some LinkedIn posts where people were putting one word on each line, I had enough.
If anyone hits the very bottom first, it’d gonna be me:
Yes, I realize that’s probably impossible to read. It says:
“The next level of algo hacking is just writing the damn post vertically.”
It didn’t go viral. Shocker. Apparently there IS a limit to ridiculousness after all.
Last week’s 10 Minute Talent Rant: No One Gives a F&$% About Your Title (we didn’t actually call it that but we should of) is now up on YouTube.
That 2 second opening animation? It’s new and I did it myself. Kidding. I used Fiverr.
If you’re a DIY Content Creator, you can do pretty much anything you want with a little help from Fiverr. On the cheap.
You just have to be really, really, really specific in what you’re asking for. Otherwise you’re in revision hell.
And finally, a promo:
When everyone tells the exact same story, job seekers know it’s been rehearsed.
Everyone knows your dev team is different than your marketing team. So why would you talk about “company culture” as if it were uniform?
For years I railed on companies needing more consistency in their message. Now I want to talk about why they need less. It’s not as contradictory as it sounds. Tune in and we’ll break it down.
Add it to your calendar here. Watching it via my LinkedIn. Or get the replay by subscribing to the Hirewell YouTube like the animation I’m way too proud of said.
