Speaking of top 3 rankings. Here's the #3 thing you can do to attract talent: make your leaders visible. I’ve always said this. But the extensive survey research we’ve done confirms it.
Every candidate, every skill set wants to know this. And it’s the only thing that is unique to you. (#1 was money, #2 was remote policy.)
Meanwhile, the employer brand industry focuses on more vague, company-based notions to attract candidates: culture, vision, history, reputation building, etc.
And it all sounds exactly the same. We all have sweet culture. Progressive vision. A great reputation. Fascinating history.
Whatever. Everyone’s EB tends to stay inside the lines.
