And thousands of recruiters. Thousands more hiring managers. All struggling to hire.
In this bizarro world, talent leaders get those hiring managers on camera. Regularly. They talk about what they’re hiring for, what they’re doing that’s cool, and why people should want to join. Rinse and repeat.
The job seekers actually know who they are now. They get the value. They’re interested. Crazy!
This is fiction, obviously. I can count on one hand the amount of time I’ve seen that on LinkedIn.
The biggest misses seem obvious in retrospect.
