I swear every time I got online, I see someone overcoming some amazing obstacle while proving how “authentic” they area.
As Michael Garneau put it:
Click bait "vulnerability" is the antithesis of what folks mean when they say be vulnerable. People want the sort of vulnerability that means you've got something to lose, when you're doing it for clicks, you're trying to gain.
So yeah. Hard pass.
