A couple months ago, the entire Hirewell team posted about our internal hiring. Same day, same time.
It's a gimmick I’ve always wanted to try. But I never felt right about doing it to sell our services. Seems cheesy. But internal hiring? All’s fair in love and the war for talent…
Zero expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised.
50 people netted over 150k+ views in the first 24 hours. (Yes, vanity metrics. I’ll take lap).
The real results: 2 hires. A dozen more quality convos. Many of whom we’re still having discussions with.
Why do I bring this up? Because we’re doing it all over again. Today.
The focus: Our managed recruiting team. Dedicated engagements with clients. Not just sourcing candidates, but all the internal heavy lifting: work with hiring managers, set interviews, manage the ATS, job postings & inbound, the offer stage, etc.
Skill areas: Mostly tech and marketing. But also HR, finance & accounting, sales.
Location: Chicago and/or full remote.
