This is Hirewell’s FAQ. 37 questions and growing. Simple and straightforward.
FAQs should contain everything candidates want to know about your company. Because it’s their questions. Not what you think they might want to know about you.
You just answer them. No fluff added.
The benefits? 4 things:
1. Top of the funnel: it’s incredibly efficient recruitment marketing. There’s a million different ways you can clip, share, and publish. (If you want examples, follow Hirewell and our team…we’ll be sharing this a lot soon).
2. Mid-funnel: when job seekers have interest in your company, they want to know all this. You can:
❌Gate it so they have to contact you. Which they may never do because they’re looking at a ton of other things. And your recruiters have to have that many more 1:1 convos.
✔️Put it out there and give the people what they want.
3. Recruiter enablement: easy follow up for your recruiters to send every prospective candidate. (If I have to explain this part you have bigger problems.)
4. It’s cheap and easy. The process:
👉Write down every question you get from job seekers.
👉Answer them in plain language.
👉Post it on your website. Share it on social.
👉Update it as more questions come in.

One quick update for 2022: I’m going to actually use Twitter. I went back and forth on if I actually have the time for another social platform. Then I realized it’s just another outlet (like this newsletter).
