Specifically, I’m talking about your internal recruiter having the exact same conversation with a candidate after your external partner already did.
I’ll be fair. I get the honeymoon stage. New partner. Gotta make sure things are up to snuff. Cool.
But at some point you should realize internal TA doing double work just slows down the process. And has candidates wondering why the hell they’re having a 2nd pointless convo.
If the firm you work with is good, dump the redundancy. If they’re not, dump the firm.
