Job seekers reached a natural herd immunity for bullsh*t.

Job seekers reached a natural herd immunity for bullsh*t.

So using professionally produced, scripted content for hiring is lighting money on fire. 🔥🔥🔥

There's a reason why podcasts are so popular. Real conversations between real people are engaging. Listen to people talk to each other long enough, feel like you know them.

Which is really the point. People want to work for people they like, identify with, and respect.

Meanwhile, your cheesy, perfectly scripted hiring piece looks like every other crappy ad on social media. (And cost you a fortune.)

We know it as soon as we see it. We either tune it out or we don't take a word of it seriously.

👉Videos. Podcasts. Live audio events (Clubhouse, Twitter, and coming soon: LinkedIn). The format doesn't matter.

Get your leaders and teams talking on these channels. Anything they're passionate about. Doesn’t even need to be ‘hiring’ content. (In fact, it’s probably better if it isn't.)

👉It’s effective. Not to mention, cheap.
