Content peeps: some of your best material might get zero traction. And that doesn’t matter.

This is how vanity metrics messes with everyone’s brains. In the B2B world (or in hiring), if you make content that’s popular to the masses, you’re speaking to lots of people who don’t matter to your end goals.
Non-buyers don’t matter. Non-recruits don’t matter.
It’s the qualitative feedback - real convos with real people- that let you know when you’re on the mark. Not the likes.
So speak to the people you could actually work with. And on the deepest level possible.
Lots of people aren’t going to find it relevant. And that’s ok.
