Because you don’t know what you need to hire for.
Interviewing for something new can be hard as sh*t. I get that.
Ever see a situation where the requirements continually change throughout the interview process? With every person they talk to, they learn something new. Because they didn’t know enough to get it started.
From the inside it feels like “but I’m just trying to better understand the market!”
From the outside it feels like “did you seriously waste everyone’s time just because you could?”
It wouldn’t be so bad if the fixes weren’t really, really easy:
👉Go to LinkedIn. There are all kinds of people there who will help you out of the goodness of their heart. You just have to ask.
👉You could *gasp* pay someone with expertise to help you.
👉Work with Hirewell. We got you fam.
