Nate Guggia and I are continuing our “What Candidates What to Know” series with the Technology Edition.
It’s pretty straightforward. Most company messaging makes too many assumptions. You think you know what candidates want to hear, but do you really?
Based on our research so far: nope.
So we’ll do the user research for you. We’re using surveys (and 1:1 convos if you really want to connect) to understand what candidates dig into during the interview process.
The real meat of their decision-making.
Then you can provide it up front via content: recruiter outreach, job ads, career sites, social posts, podcasts, etc. It’ll attract more people. Speak their language, not yours.
How’s it work?
1. If you’re in tech, take our 7 questions survey here.
2 We’ll summarize the findings on the next Employer Content Show.
Scheduled for 7/7 at 2pm CT on LinkedIn Live. Later available on Hirewell’s YouTube and Talent Insights podcast.
3. Hiring Managers / HR / Recruiters: Do with it what you will. It’s all free.
No personal data is collected. Aggregate results will be public. If you’re hiring technology peeps, you can use these data points as you see fit.
If you’re in tech, please pass this along.
