So one of my biggest priorities for 2021 is creating more recurring shows for Hirewell. You’re probably familiar with our two flagships, The Employer Content Show and The 10 Minute Talent Rant. (I mean I should hope so, I mention them every other day). Talking about recruiting content and ragging on broken sh*t in hiring are things I like doing. Doesn’t feel like work.
But Hirewell does a lot more than many people realize. We’ve been in the tech recruiting game since 2001. And with our partnership with Holistic, we’re also leaders in the DEI recruiting world. I want to talk about that. And lucky for me (and my lack of free time), so does my team.
Zac Colip is one of our execs who has worked in tech for almost 10 years. He’ll soon be launching a new series “Tech Leaders Hiring Well.” It’s exactly how it sounds. He’s interviewing tech leaders who are actually hiring and asking them how they do it.
