It’s pretty straightforward. Take all the things that are gated in the interview process. The stuff candidates don’t get to ask until the mid or late stages.
Then provide it up front via content (recruiter outreach, job ads, career sites, social posts, podcasts, etc.) to attract more people. The right people.
