There’s a gap between what candidates want to know and what hiring companies make readily available. The main reason? Most companies actually have no idea what people really want to hear about.
I talk to hiring companies every day. Some don’t know how to present their value to job seekers. Others aren’t sure what to put on their career sites. And content? Most wouldn’t even know where to start.
So Nate and I are going to fix that. We’re dedicating a few episodes of The Employer Content Show to presenting real questions from real candidates. Not our opinions. Then make it publicly available.
We’re gonna start with salespeople. If you’re in any client facing role (inside sales, outside sales, account management, leadership, etc.) please fill out our survey, here.
No personal data is collected. Aggregate results will be public. If you’re trying to hire salespeople, you can use these data points however you see fit
If you’re in sales, please pass this along. We’ll do other skill areas in the future.
