Mitch’s primary focus in copywriting in the recruiting space. Based upon what I see on LinkedIn…there’s a lot of work to be done.
One of his ongoing discussions is the different between Job Descriptions and Job Ads.

Anyway, I took his course (not sure if I passed or not) and I’m hiring a Product Marketing Manager so what the hell, here’s how I wrote it. On LinkedIn I also posted it as a slideshow. Just some ideas if you want to try something new:

The boring requirements dump
Well, you knew this part was coming:
4-7 years of experience in marketing
Experience managing B2B product launches and go-to-market strategy
Analytical thinker, strong communicator, really really ridiculously organized
Interest in leadership and growing a marketing department
Nice-to-haves: Recruitment/HR tech, B2B services experience
US based and willing to work Central Time Zone hours
