Believe it or not there's a content strategy behind my Saturday Troll Posts™️. Like the one from yesterday, here. I know I’m no comedian but this website is free after all…
It's quite simple:
1. Only the nerdiest of nerds, power users (e.g. me) use LinkedIn on the weekends.
2. Your content dictates your audience. I want to make friends with people who have a sense of humor.
3. LinkedIn is boring and it makes me happy.
Added bonus: if the overly-serious, no-fun-zone crowd tunes me out, good. Unfollow me, pretty please.
Serious people who prefer lifeless posts rehashing beginner ideas are not buyers. I'm not even sure they're real people half the time.
